Alternatively, you can stroll along the avenue, lined with olive trees, which runs through the garden to the viewing terrace \u2013 featuring a charming fountain \u2013 to admire the hills that gently slope down towards the Adriatic Sea. The tennis changing room is equipped with a 3-person sauna and two spacious showers; next to it, to the delight of young and old alike, there is a comfortable table tennis table. The property, which features a veranda with a table and sofas and a pergola with a built-in barbecue, is spread over three levels. The main entrance, on the first floor, leads directly into the living room with a large fireplace and a TV with a DVD player; from here, you can access the first sleeping area, comprising two double bedrooms plus a sofa bed, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, and a utility room. Further up, we find the attic, which houses the billiards room (the billiards table has no pockets) and the second sleeping area, comprising a very spacious double bedroom, a triple attic room with an extra bed, and a bathroom with a bath. The ground floor, which overlooks the garden, comprises a living room, a dining room and a spacious, semi-professional kitchen, fully equipped with a range of appliances, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a spa bath.
