The building, which dates back to 1481, was renovated in 2013 whilst retaining its historic features. Priority was given to local materials and labour, with particular attention paid to attention to detail, creating spacious and comfortable rooms, all with sea views and large bathrooms.
The B&B Tre finestre sul mare is committed to constantly improving its environmental performance and has adhered to the ABC (Ambiente Bene Comune) protocol of the Municipality of Grottammare since its inception.
