This newly built complex is located just a short walk from the center of Grottammare, right on the boardwalk, 30 meters from the sandy beach. Easily accessible by public transportation, just 500 meters from the A14 highway exit.
Open year-round, the resort features spacious indoor and outdoor common areas: a reception desk, restaurant, bar, three swimming pools (one for adults, one for children, and one relaxation pool with a whirlpool), a kids’ club, ample parking (including secure parking), an amphitheater with evening cabaret shows, a fully equipped gym, and a boutique.
The Residence features a large private beach with fine sand, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The shallow, sandy beach is ideal for children. Group classes in swimming, beach volleyball, and canoeing are available, as well as bike rentals.
