All our fresh egg pasta, bread and desserts are handmade by our chefs using certified quality ingredients.
The dough for our bread and pizza is made with natural sourdough starter, stone-ground flour and whole sea salt, and undergoes a long proving process at natural room temperature to ensure it is easily digestible.
The restaurant, with its à la carte menu featuring FISH & SUSHI, is open all year round.
